Need some help please.

Nov 26, 2017  Connecting an iPhone to CarPlay on any Ford Sync 3 system increases the speed displayed by any app running on the iPhone/CarPlay by about 15%. This appears to be defect or deliberate 'tampering' with displayed speed by Ford and/or Apple. Mar 03, 2017  After a lot of searching, reading and translating, I came across direct links to Ford servers hosting the official EU upgrade files for Sync 2. No need to sign up to the Ford India website, just download, extract to the root of a FAT32 formatted USB stick and away you go. I did use the Ford India.


Since IOS 13 was updated my Ford Sync ver 2 now stores the phone book with all phone numbers all attached to

'Other' rather than mobile or work.

Have updated to IOS 13.1.2, Phone is a iPhone 7 Plus, Vehicle is an Australian LZ focus with the latest updates,

have unpaired and repaired the phone deleted phone book and reuploaded etc.


Bmw f30 problems. Greetings.Im about to buy used BMW 318d Touring, its F31 from 2012. I understand I can change existing display of any kind i have built in my car with this one but,If I buy a car that doesnt have factory built in display, any kind at all, can I buy this product and mount it on my dashboard?Im concerned about wiring and wires missing from dashbord where display is to be mounted, on top of the radio and ac buttons.Is it possible to connect/wire your device “from scratch”?.hinavDecember 1, 2018 @ 10:15 am.

Very painful for me as I can make 20 + calls a day from my car and for contacts that have multiple phone numbers I then need to select the correct number from the Sync screen forcing me to take my eyes of the road - I use Sync voice dialling with 'call Fred Smith on mobile' etc
